Processing Times
Orders can sometimes take about 1 working day (within 24 hours on a working day) to process after placing the order before shipping out.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

Unexpected Delays
In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
Warranties
If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately by email.
You can find the contact information below. If contacted within 30 days of the original order date, we will review the defect and provide either a replacement or refund depending on your preference and item availability. A defective item can be replaced by the same item or an item of the same price level. In the case of a refund, the order must have been placed directly with BASE CAMP®.

Note: Due to the nature of this product, we are not accepting returns and exchanges and returns except, in the case of manufacturer defect.
After it is declared to be over by WHO, we will review our return policy and continue to act in the best interest of our customers and employees. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Order Cancellations
We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible to get your items out to you in a timely matter. If you want to cancel your order, please send an email to hello@bcmask.com. Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
