PROCESSING TIMES

Orders can sometimes take about 1 working day (within 24 hours on a working day) to process after placing the order before shipping out.  

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

Unexpected Delays

In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

At BASE CAMP®, we take pride in delivering top-quality products to our customers. We stand behind the craftsmanship of every item sold by us or our authorized resellers, ensuring they are free from manufacturing defects.

If you believe you have received a defective item, we encourage you to email our dedicated customer service team promptly.

Within one year of the original order date, our team will diligently assess the reported defect and offer either a replacement or refund based on your preference and item availability. Replacement options include receiving the same item or an alternative of equal value. Please note that we do not replace items showing normal wear and tear associated with mask usage. The order must have been placed directly on BCMask.com to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

If you made your purchase through one of our authorized resellers, kindly contact the seller for assistance.

Please be aware that, due to the nature of our product, we currently do not accept returns and exchanges, except in cases of manufacturer defects.

After it is declared over by WHO, we will periodically review and adjust our return policy. We remain committed to the best interests of our valued customers and dedicated employees. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
