CARATTERISTICHE
Nota: la mascherina stessa offre una tenuta altamente efficace. I nostri cerotti nasali in schiuma sono accessori opzionali progettati per migliorare il comfort e la vestibilità, considerando che la conformazione del viso di ognuno è diversa.
Allevia la pressione del ponte nasale
Queste comode spugne nasali sono l'aggiunta perfetta alla tua maschera BASE CAMP. I cuscinetti in schiuma alleviano la pressione sul delicato ponte nasale, migliorando notevolmente il comfort durante l'uso della maschera.
Anti-appannamento per chi porta gli occhiali
Grazie al taglio ergonomico, la schiuma nasale rende la maschera aderente e confortevole, migliorandone la tenuta. Le strisce di schiuma impediscono l'appannamento della maschera deviando l'aria attraverso la maschera e non sotto la clip nasale.
Memory Foam morbido e leggero
La morbida e leggera schiuma memory foam si adatta alla forma del ponte del naso senza lasciare spazi vuoti tra te e la mascherina.
Autoadesivo
Il cuscinetto nasale in schiuma è dotato di una striscia autoadesiva che puoi personalizzare e attaccare all'interno della maschera in base alle tue preferenze.
Guida utente
Poiché ogni persona ha una forma di naso diversa, abbiamo ideato delle strisce di schiuma che puoi applicare tu stesso per personalizzare il comfort del tuo naso.
Fase 1. Rimuovere la carta adesiva dal retro della striscia di schiuma.
Fase 2. Fissare la striscia di schiuma sul lato interno del filtro. Consiglio: fissarla in corrispondenza del ponte nasale per un'esperienza più confortevole.
Fase 3. Ripetere i passaggi precedenti per sostituire il filtro.

Quanto dura un filtro BASE CAMP®? La durata prevista del filtro BASE CAMP dipende da molte variabili, come la densità di esposizione al particolato, la durata dell'esposizione e la frequenza respiratoria dell'utente. Detto questo, di seguito riportiamo le nostre linee guida generali, poiché l'utente avrà l'ultima parola sulla durata dell'esposizione. 20-30+ ore - Per un'elevata esposizione alla polvere (ad esempio, inquinamento intenso, silos per cereali, fuoristrada, lavori di costruzione/demolizione) 30-40+ ore - Per un'esposizione moderata alla polvere 50-60+ ore - Per allergeni, inquinanti leggeri, odori, ecc.
La durata del filtro è influenzata anche dalla tecnologia di adsorbimento elettrostatico.
⚠️Note importanti
- Sudore: se il filtro si bagna a causa del sudore, le sue proprietà elettrostatiche si riducono notevolmente, accorciandone la durata.
- Particelle elettrostatiche: il potere di assorbimento diminuisce con il tempo. Si consiglia di sostituire il filtro entro 30 giorni dal primo utilizzo, anche se non ha ancora raggiunto il tempo di utilizzo completo.
Promemoria amichevole
Il filtro a carbone attivo è sostituibile, mentre la mascherina e le valvole sono lavabili e riutilizzabili. Per la vostra sicurezza, controllate e fissate le valvole prima di indossare la mascherina per evitare che si stacchino accidentalmente.
Durante la rimozione e la pulizia della maschera e delle valvole, maneggiare e ispezionare con cura per evitare di perdere o danneggiare qualsiasi parte.

Qual è la differenza tra la serie M e la serie N di BASE CAMP®?

Makes the masks easier to wear the whole day
I want to start with skepticism, I wasn’t sure this mask was up to the task of metal fabrication and blacksmithing. However after using for ten days it turned out to be an amazing bit of kit! Comfortable, easy to breathe in, no foggy glasses and filters are easy to change, would recommend to any other smiths, fabricators and makers!
A great mask, the most comfortable I’ve worn in 26 years of working in the building industry, it is not only comfortable but has great filtration efficiency. It’s perfect for construction, woodworking or any dusty jobs!

Nose foam is fine but I am not thrilled with the way the mask fits. The head straps are not well designed and slip down. Filtration is good but I wouldn’t recommend the mask purely because of dissatisfaction with the strap design.

Really nice mask. Very comfortable, great with glasses.
Confortable and nice fitting
Early days but the fit is comfortable and seals mouth and nose well. Glasses fog a bit but if you push them down your nose a bit the issue seems to be resolved. A longer trial on accounts is required.

I purchased my mask specifically for use in Silica dust environments. I even contacted Base Camp before buying to ensure that it was suitable for this purpose. The company assured me it was.
The first thing I saw when I took the mask out of its packaging was a small sign stating that the mask was NOT suitable for silica dust environments.
Whilst it is comfortable to wear (the reason I gave you 2 stars), it is useless for my purposes.

Firstly this mask is an absolute game changer. I have never used anything like it. It’s so comfy and effective. And the nose foam strips just take it to the next level. Comfort and also stopes my safety glasses from fogging up.

I’ve been using the Base Camp M Pro dust mask for epoxy flooring and concrete grinding, and it’s been excellent. The fit, comfort and filtration are all top quality, and it seals really well, even during long days on the tools.
After adjusting it properly, it fits perfectly and is comfortable to wear all day. It’s made a noticeable difference when working in dusty environments, and I have no hesitation recommending it to anyone in the trades.
Great product and well worth it.
Haven’t used them as yet as i don’t think i need them.
