Why choose BASE CAMP masks?
Our dust masks use advanced EAPI filter technology and Advanced Nanotechnology. The 6-layer filters have been tested and can filter out up to 99.6% exhaust gas, pollen, dust, particles, smoke, fumes, etc. To ensure the quality of our products, We chose the world-renowned Nelson Laboratories in Salt Lake City, Utah, to perform the testing of our products.
The masks are equipped with enlarged one-way valves that are 26.3% more efficient in exhausting heat, water vapor, carbon dioxide, etc., decreasing humidity and keeping filters performing high filtration. It works with a flexible nose clip to seal the breathable face mask around the nose to prevent fogging and ensure clear visibility at work. Our mesh fabric construction is highly breathable, comfortable, and durable, helping you stay cool even on hot summer days.
We're upgrading our products with customer feedback in mind. We've upgraded our M Plus mask with a combination of Velcro and elastic band for a more adjustable fit and carefully adjust the position of the earloops for further comfort. So far, more than a million people trust and love our products.
To ensure your satisfaction, we offer one year of free after-sales support. Suppose you find any manufacturing defects within one year of the original order date. In that case, we will review the defect and provide either a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and item availability.

Our M Plus, M Cross, and M Pro masks have some differences in design and usage, but whichever you choose, you can ensure you're getting best-in-class protection, filtering out 99.6% of particles.
M Plus: Best for frequent removal tasks
The M Plus is best suited for tasks requiring frequent removal of the mask. It is secured to the head with a single strap behind the neck and ear loops, allowing users to quickly and easily take on/off the mask.
M Cross & M Pro: Best for Long-term wear
The M Cross and M Pro masks are better suited for long-term wear. They utilize an adjustable dual-strap system: one around the neck and the other around the crown of the head. The design of the second strap slightly increases the time needed to put the mask on the head, but it adds extra security for activities involving drastic movement. Moreover, The M Pro mask features a thicker head strap, greatly enhancing comfort and making it ideal for situations requiring continuous wear for long periods (8 hours or longer) daily.
As long as you have the proper mask fit and have adjusted the nose piece to seal the breathable face mask around your nose, it will prevent fogging.

Our masks are not recommended for use against silica, asbestos, lead, arsenic, cadmium, 4,4-methylene (MDA), abrasive blasting, or any other toxic and dangerous substances.
Yes, our masks are BPA and lead-free.
Yes, the activated carbon filters need to be replaced after a certain amount of usage.
The life expectancy of the BASE CAMP Filter depends on many variables, such as particulate exposure density, particulate exposure duration, and user breathing rate. With that said, below are our general guidelines, as the user will have the final call as to when a filter should be replaced.
+ 20-30+ hours of continuous use in heavy dust exposure to things such as grain bins, off-roading, construction/demolition, etc.
+ 30-40+ hours of continuous use in light dust exposure to things such as grain bins, off-roading, construction/demolition, etc.
+ 50-60+ hours of continuous use when protecting against allergens, pollutants, odors, etc.
Valves must only be replaced if they become damaged or a piece goes missing. They can be detached to wash by hand when dirty.
When the mask gets dirty, the mesh face mask shell can be detached to wash by hand. We recommend hand washing the shell with hand soap and warm water. Allow the mask to dry completely after washing before reinstalling the filter.
Wash before first use. Wash your cloth mask whenever it gets dirty or at least daily. It comes with 2 or 3 masks, so you can easily replace a dirty mask with a clean one.
Here are care instructions for reference:
Gentle Hand wash, soak in lukewarm water with mild detergent and soap for washing, and rinse with clean water.
Do not repeatedly fold the nose wire completely in half when washing, or it will cause the nose wire to break.
Do not tumble dry or dry clean.
Do not rub the rush or wring.
Do not use antiseptic detergents or bleach.

Currently, our M Pro, M Plus and M Cross masks are not NIOSH rated.
Our masks with filters have been independently tested at Nelson Laboratories in Salt Lake City, UT, and tested with up to 99.6% efficiency.
The test method complies with ASTM F2101-14 standard. Testing was performed in compliance with US FDA good manufacturing practice (GMP) regulations 21 CFR Parts 210, 211, and 820.
The 6-layer filters are with Advanced Nanotechnology and EAPI filter technology.

Our filter blocks up to 99.6% of particulates. This rate is known to be effective toward most airborne pathogens.
Please be aware that our M Plus and M Cross masks only filter the air being breathed in and not the air being breathed out. Because of this, they will only provide filtration for those wearing the mask. If you believe you have been infected, our masks will not protect those around you from the spread of infection. There are multiple ways the COVID-19 virus can be contracted, and we recommend following all prevention measures provided by the CDC and WHO.

Measure from the bridge of your nose to the tip of your chin. It may be helpful to have a friend assist you.
Measure from the height of the bridge of your nose (usually just below your eye line) down to the tip of your chin. Do not measure past the tip of your chin.
